The OQO Model 01 was the first and only compact UMPC with a touchscreen only 5 inches when the first tablet PC display had at least 10 inches. OQO after some years of mixed fortunes closed its doors on the eve of the launch of the Model 02 +, but as is often the case for Western companies with a history and accounts in red, was later taken over by a Chinese company.

The Model 03 measures only 2.78 × 14:32 × 8:42 cm, weighs 426 g including battery and can be equipped with an Intel Atom Z515 or Z550 1.2 GHz to 2.0 GHz, up to 2 GB of RAM, up to 128 GB SSD, Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G. The 4.8-inch multitouch touchscreen has a resolution of 1024 X 600 pixels, while the operating system used is Windows as usual, the Model 03 in the latest version of Windows 7.
