Nvidia has introduced the prototype of a tablet with capacitive touch screen 8.9-inch widescreen and Android operating system.The device is equipped with an ARM Cortex A9 dual core processor, 1 GB of RAM, two front USB ports and a webcam. A much more complete and powerful hardware than iPad mounted that has a single core processor ARM Cortex A8 processor, 256 MB RAM, no USB port and no webacam.
It should be clear however that the performance iPad are largely due to the optimizations of the iPhone OS that manages to cleverly exploit the underlying hardware, and Android is designed to run on a wide range of devices and then adapts to different types of hardware .
