
ezGear, a company famous for the production of accessories especially for Apple products, this time launched its device, called Surfboard 700, the wake-from-tablet excitement created with the advent dell’iPad.
The tablet ezGear has a 7 inch touch screen with its high resolution (800 × 400), the details do not specify whether the new tablet supports multitouch. The design looks nice and the size 200 x 120 x 140 mm, combined with 500 grams of weight makes it quite easy to handle; certain thickness can not compete with the Apple tablet.
The device is based on Rockchip RK2818 chipset, is equipped with Wi-Fi, 2 megapixel webcam, a USB 2.0 port, a microSD slot, audio jack, stereo speakers and HDMI port.
The lithium polymer battery promises 20 hours of listening and 10 videos. Equipped with Android, probably version 1.6, the ezGear Surfboard 700 will be available from next September, but the price has not yet been formalized, essential variable in the case of these devices even “new” to see if the product is worthy of attention part of prospective buyers.
