It is not often that this new hardware in the German-speaking world as the first comes to the public, but as the saying goes: the exception proves the rule. The all-new graphics technology from ATI was first mentioned in German dealers on Deviltech, lists of the Fire DTX is a compact 15.6-inch gaming notebook, which is already equipped with the new graphics card. The combination of Intel Core i7 CPU (up to 920XM extremes should be possible?, Alternatively Core i5 available), Mobilitiy ATI‘s new Radeon HD 5650 graphics chip, up to 8GB DDR3 RAM and fast hard drives or SSDs with a capacity of up to 640GB, makes your mouth water enthusiasts converge.
Exciting is the price. A configuration with i7 720QM CPU HD5650 graphics, 4GB DDR3 RAM and a fast 320GB HDD comes in at just less than 1000. As the expected delivery date is called the 29.12.2009. This also applies when configured with the actually not featured Intel Core i5 CPUs (to be presented in early January), suggesting that the date be somewhat unreliable. The HD 5650 is not yet officially available and is rumored to be launched before the CES in Las Vegas. It remains to be seen whether ATI and Intel, however, sufficiently in advance to bring products to market and then allowed to be sold.
