Acer has just announced the arrival of a new series of LCD called S1 and designed to meet the demands of the most demanding in terms of design and employment of space: the new monitors in fact, ranging from 18.5 to 23 inches thick will only between 13 and 15 mm and the company declares them as the thinnest in the world (in fact even exceeds the 16.5 mm thick the last 70 series of Samsung monitors).
The four new models of Acer promise visions full HD (resolution of 18.5 inches is 1366 × 768, while that of 21 and 23 inches and 1,920 x 1,080), a contrast from 12.000.000:1 and a response time 5 ms, all in an attractive glossy black shell. VGA and DVI ports are common to all models, while only those from 21 to 23 inches and also includes an HDMI port.
